Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Korean fashion purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
General Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable but may be exchanged subject to availability.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Korean masks
- Intimate jewelry (rings, earrings)
Special Note: Japanese kimonos can only be returned if unworn and with the authenticity seal intact.
Return/Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Demande de retour/échange ». Use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours with detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item with all original accessories and tags. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal).
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item if the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and immediate replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return. Mode Vêtements Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
